Pump won’t start or motor runs unevenly. What can I do?

1. Use stable power and check plug, wiring, capacitor, and switch.

2. Keep air intake open and connectors tight.

3. Operate between 5–40°C; if rotor is rusted, rotate counterclockwise. High temps may need multiple startups.

Pump is slow or doesn’t reach the expected vacuum. How can I fix it?

1. Replace dirty oil and keep it near the middle of the sight glass.

2. Check all hoses and interfaces for leaks and ensure sealing rings are intact.

3. Clean the exhaust valve if needed.

Oil is leaking or spraying from the pump or sight glass. How to stop it?

1. Adjust oil level to avoid overfilling and keep the pump level while operating.

2. Reattach and clean the oil mist filter.

3. Ensure sealing rings and bottom valve are properly installed and tightened.

Gauge shows wrong pressure, hoses leak, or air escapes at connectors. What should I do?

1. Inspect hoses for damage or leaks.

2. Tighten connectors or replace sealing rings.

3. Adjust or replace the gauge head if readings are inaccurate and check interface fittings.

Leak detector is insensitive, false alarms occur, or it malfunctions. How to troubleshoot?

1. Ensure all four batteries are properly installed; replace old batteries if needed.

2. Test in a ventilated area using low and high sensitivity.

3. Confirm leaks with multiple methods: listen, smell, or use soapy water.
